These symptoms are due to dehydration, hormonal effects, and toxic effects of alcohol. 

Foods To Eat For Hangover

  • Take an antacid half an hour before alcohol consumption to avoid gastritis and stomach pain.
  • Drink fluids like coconut water, water, juices, etc. along with alcohol.
  • Consider taking a shot of ginger extract while drinking alcohol. 
  • Nibble on some sprouted fenugreek seeds while drinking. 
  • Drink coconut water when you wake up the next day after drinking. (Avoid coffee or tea)
